  3. Filter the contents and drink the hot milk

  1. In conditions of Gastritis and stomach related ailments, it is preferred to be consumed before food.

  5. Grind the root into a fine powder and keep it under sunlight to remove any extra moisture
  6. Strain it using a sieve to remove impurities
  7. Store it in an airtight container.
