Ans. For the skin, you can use rice water as a skin toner and spritz it after cleansing your face. You can use it once or twice a day. For the hair, it can be used as a rinse after shampoo washing.

Ans. Yes, since there are no preservatives used. The shelf life of rice water is 5 days. If you don’t refrigerate it, it can go bad sooner. Hence, please be cautious!
