Very cool article! I have used rice water for my kids for weaning and when I am not well. It’s so light on tummy. Now I know that it’s great for skin too.

Wow!didn’t know rice water could be used for skin care as well. Back home, the only use I knew for this is to use as soup for vegetable dishes for added flavour. Appreciate you sharing this. Being Asian, rice is a staple in every meal so there’s surely a lot of rice water to use for the recipes you’ve given in this article
