Those are great recipes to use turmeric! Turmeric has been used for literally centuries! I remember growing up – applying turmeric masks every Friday with the traditional oil bath. I would worry about it staining my school uniform’s white shirt. 🙂 Isn’t it wonderful how this golden ingredient is now being recognized for its health and beauty benefits worldwide?
